Megan is an executive coach and acclaimed multimedia artist who helps leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and creative impact. Her work blends strategy, storytelling, and human-centered leadership to support women in stepping fully into their power.

With over a decade of experience, Megan has worked with leaders and teams across organizations such as NASA, Columbia University, McGill University, Siemens, the U.S. Soccer Foundation, Ashoka, and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

She brings a creative, grounded, and results-driven approach to leadership development—helping women communicate with confidence, authenticity, and impact.
