1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for the Venus Goddess Inner Circle Mentorship Program and/or Venus Goddess Experience membership program, including monthly membership fees and any additional services or products, are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, it cannot be refunded, either in whole or in part.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Monthly Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the month in which the cancellation occurs.

• Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service, product, or package, and choose to cancel before utilizing all sessions or services, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.

3. Exceptions

• Program Changes: In the unlikely event that the Program is significantly altered or discontinued by us, we may offer a partial refund or credit towards future services at our discretion.

• Special Circumstances: Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances, such as severe illness or emergency, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds granted in these situations are at our sole discretion and may be issued as a credit towards future services.
